Citizens who have been recipients of unconstitutional regulations cannot endure the negative effects of the constitutional crisis and disputes over the legal validity of the Constitutional Court decisions - the Ombudsman, who intervenes on the alleged victims of the study relief with the Minister of Finance, believes.
