Iran's state tv present reported
on the appointment of the fresh Secretary of the ultimate National safety Council of Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr. He replaced Ali Larizani, who died last week in an Israeli attack.
Zolghadr was previously Deputy Minister of the Interior and besides held advanced positions
in the command structures of the Iranian armed forces.
Ali Larijani was killed as a consequence of an Israeli army attack, as reported on March 17 by Israel's defence minister Katz. He was 1 of the most crucial Iranian politicians
and a close associate of Iran's ultimate leader Ali Chamenei, who died on 28 February in the American-
-Israeli attack on the first day of the war. any have seen Laridjani as de facto head of the Tehran government since the death of Ayatollah.
