Indian aircraft carrier INS Vikram inducted into service [COMMENTARZ]

India has for decades maintained and developed powerful armed forces including its Navy. On 2 September, the Indian war flag was solemnly raised for the first time on the fresh INS Vikram (R 11) aircraft carrier, designed and built in India.
