Indian aircraft carrier INS Vikrant commissioned [COMMENT]

India has maintained and developed a powerful military force including its Navy for decades. On September 2, India's first naval flag was solemnly raised on the fresh aircraft carrier INS Vikrant (R 11), designed and built in India.
