Małgorzata Manowska, 1st president of the ultimate Court, sued the prosecution's decision to discontinue the investigation of the abortion by the doctor Gizela Jagielska in the infirmary in Oleśnica (Lower Silesian). The complaint went to the D.A.'s office, but it hasn't been dealt with yet.
