Małgorzata Manowska, the first president of the ultimate Court, issued a message on the prosecution and police activities at the office of the National Judiciary Council.

On Wednesday, the National Judicial Council reported that police and prosecutors entered the KRS office unannounced. As stressed, disciplinary papers were requested in their absence.

"We express our deep concern at the actions undertaken by the Department of interior Affairs of the National Prosecutor's Office, subordinate to lawyer General Adam Bodnar, associated with the entry into the KRS headquarters," they stressed in the deputy PG position issued yesterday.

Prosecutor Anna Adamiak, a spokesperson for the lawyer General, said that searches in the building at Rakowiecka Street in Warsaw do not include the premises of the KRS, but the offices of the deputy disciplinary spokesperson of the general court judges. She added that it was about the refusal of these spokespersons to issue the file.

On Thursday, Margaret Manowska, the first president of the ultimate Court, referred to the situation in the KRS.

"As a justice and a associate of the National Judicial Council, I express my highest outrage at the actions of officials under the lawyer General and Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar, who, on 3 July this year, drastically violated the autonomy of the constitutional body, the National Judicial Council, by violating the constitutionally guaranteed immunity of the justice by force invasion and plundering the office of justice Piotr Schab," says Manowska's statement.

"I believe that these aggressive actions were motivated only by political calculations, as they were not justified by any legally applicable circumstances. I besides feel sorry for police officers who are forced to participate in these shameful practices," wrote the first president of the SN.
