Huge transfer for Ukraine. Billions from Russian assets to flow

Ukraine will shortly receive the first €1.4 billion from the profits generated by Russia's frozen assets in the European Union. As announced by EU abroad policy chief Kaja Kallas, the second tranche of €2.1 billion will be paid from the end of April. This is another step by the EU in financial support for Kiev.
