House of Representatives: Trump with the green light for war

The U.S. legislature and then the U.S. home of Representatives rejected a resolution that obliged Donald Trump to halt attacks on Iran until he obtained congressional authorization. This is another, eighth, unsuccessful effort to pass a provision trying to reduce Donald Trump's military ambitions.
