House of Representatives: Trump with green light for war

The Senate, and then the U.S. home of Representatives rejected a resolution that required Donald Trump to halt the attacks on Iran until legislature was authorized. This is another, eighth, failed effort to pass a recipe to reduce Donald Trump's military urges.
