Problems with the regulation of law in the Union. It's not just Orbán

Apart from Hungary, the regulation of law is besides collapsing in 4 another European Union countries - warns the Berlin Institute for the Enforcement of Freedoms in the EU (Liberties) in its yearly report. These are Italy, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Croatia.
