The terms of the Constitutional Tribunal judges are coming to an end, but Szymon Hołownia does not want the Sejm to elect their successors. The Marshal of the Sejm believes that it is essential to wait until the situation in the Constitutional Tribunal is fixed and only then decide who should sit on it.
