On Tuesday's issue "Guest Events" On air, Polsat News hosted the Ombudsman. Prof. Marcin Wiązek commented on the ultimate Court's decision to recognise the presidential election.
- I'm sorry. According to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, all universal elections are subject to a presumption of validity (...) until the decision on the validity of elections is given, the elections are crucial - he said RPO in conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski.
- The ultimate Court resolution is declarative. This ruling does not make a fresh legal situation, and so the elected president should take office within the time limit - added the official.

Supreme Court just before 19 o'clock in the composition of the full home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs adopted a resolution on the validity of the presidential election.

President Wiak pointed out in the explanatory memorandum that the large number of electoral protests raised did not increase the weight of the allegations raised in them, and no of the established deficiencies affected the overall result of the elections. 3 separate sentences were submitted to the resolution.
