The holovnia is not liked by the Left, what is different from their W. Black idol who will not take the hens to piss but take a nap during the session of the Sejm.

We know all of these actions, the fresh acquisition of the Platform, the associate of Giertych, the electoral protests, the accusations of opposition for falsifying elections. Attempts to convince the public that, the ultimate Court Chamber which made decisions on the validity of the parliamentary elections in 2023 in 2025 is not the Court and its decision confirming Nawrock's election is invalid.

This problem with Nawrocki as president was attempted to solve, among others, law and constitution experts, erstwhile presidents of the Constitutional Court, professors of course, Zoll and Safian and another "prominent" retired "independent law experts". The first 1 came up with the thought that the talker of the Sejm would convene the National Assembly to curse to Nawrocki, but immediately after its beginning he announced a break for an indefinite period. He'd have it on a tray like Gersdorf said. As p.o., the president would sign all the bill's favorable coalitions and then hand over power to Nawrock. no of these idiotic Zoll ideas and another "excellent" pensioners have legal authority in any document.
Having in hand the decision of the PKW on the validity of Nawrocki's election and the decision of the home of ultimate Court which in this peculiar case any believe that, now it is not the Court but was the Court in 2023, Marshal Holovnia made the decision to convene the National Assembly and accept the oath from President-elect Nawrocki.
I don't think she had a night gathering with Kaczyński. If Holovnia went on a deal made by Zoll and others, including most likely coalition politicians he wouldn't have problems.At least for a while. The hoarding home behaved fairly, acted in accordance with the law and is so grilled. 1 thing is certain that, in the future, he will have no legal problems in contrast to those who suggested "state coup".
In my experience, no power lasts forever, and any crimes or suggesting their accomplishments do not rapidly expire.
I think the decision of Marshal Holownia is right. I am amazed only to those who have offered another unconstitutional solutions that have not considered the possible consequences of their ideas both in Poland and internationally.
