Historical agreement in the U.S. Senate. "We have a compromise"

There is simply a good chance that the longest shutdown in U.S. history, or government paralysis, will yet come to an end. After 41 days of stalemate, the Republicans accepted an agreement with part of the Democrats. Now their decision must be approved by the home of Representatives, and then president Donald Trump.
