Head of NATO Military Committee: Russia will stay a threat even as it loses in Ukraine

Russia will stay a threat to NATO even if its forces are defeated in Ukraine, the president of NATO's military committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, said on Thursday after the end of a two-day gathering of the Alliance's defence chiefs in Brussels.
