Republican Congressman Randy Fine announced that he had filed a bill on Monday authorizing the US president to annex Greenland and allowing it to be adopted as a fresh state. However, the bill has a slim chance of being passed, as a crucial condition of ruling organization politicians talk out against acquiring the island.
