The leaders of the 27 EU countries at their Thursday summit in Brussels accepted the plan to strengthen Europe's arms, presented by the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. A discussion on the situation in Ukraine was then started. Hungary has announced a veto on this issue.
