GPS in the war in Ukraine. Why isn't Russia going va banque?

Disturbing GPS signals is 1 of the elements of modern conflict. Russia is seen as the elite of electronic combat, but so far the war in Ukraine has not confirmed this. Despite their abilities and tools, Putin's forces have not chosen more aggressive action in this area. The question is: why?
