More than 30 children and youth from the Peace home in Bethlehem hosted from 6 to 9 July in the parish of St Mary Magdalene in Poronina close Zakopane.
Guests from the Holy Land lived in houses close the Highlands, got to know tourist attractions in the region, went to the Tatra sanctuary in Victoria.
Guests from Bethlehem came to Poronian with Sister Szczepana Hrehorovich, an Elizabethan from the Poznań Province, serving as Superior of the Peace home in Bethlehem. “There are people from very mediocre families in our group, frequently orphans. They were harmed by fate, by different situations. We effort to do everything, besides by their arrival in Poland, so that they will have a good life to prepare them for adulthood. Among another things, we focus on a very advanced level of education – noted Mr Hrehorowicz.
