Budapest Memorandum
An global agreement on safety guarantees, not having the position of a treaty, signed in Budapest in December 1994, under which the United States, Russia and the United Kingdom undertook to respect Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to refrain from any threats of force against its independency and territorial integrity, and Ukraine undertook to transfer strategical atomic weapons to Russia and to join the non-proliferation treaty.
Every vote supporting the president of the United States - Donalad Trump - in a dispute with the president of Ukraine - Volodymyr Zelenski - coming from Polish politicians, constitutes their criminal political immaturity, with a complete deficiency of historical memory concerning our country before 1939.
