The election run ahead of the presidential elections scheduled for May 18, 2025, is gaining momentum. The favorites of the presidential polls are Rafał TRZASKOWSKI - vice-chairman of the Civic Platform and mayor of Warsaw, as well as a civic candidate of the alleged old Krakow intelligentsia, president of the Institute of National Remembrance besides supported by the Law and Justice party, Karol NAWROCKI.
