Germany calls for more aid for struggling Ukraine

German president Frank-Walter Steinmeier has called for more aid over the massive demolition of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. “Millions of Ukrainians are now facing a winter of large hardship, darkness and chill,” he said Tuesday during a visit to the German Red Cross logistics center at Berlin airport.
