Germany's economy stagnates for 3rd year. As a consolation: more water in the Rhine

The German government is predicting an economical slump this year, and over 80 percent of the country's industrial and IT companies fear the negative effects of Donald Trump's tariffs. There is besides any good news: the higher water level on the Rhine allows barge loads to increase from 870 to 1,400 tons.
