US troops should stay in Europe. The delayed engagement of the United States in planet War I and II ended with the American economy paying more for it and more of our soldiers dying. It is not worth being late a 3rd time, due to the fact that it costs the US besides much - says US General Philip Mark Breedlove, erstwhile commander of NATO's joint armed forces in Europe.
