The 15th edition of the “Employer Trustworthy” competition is coming up. The authoritative gala with awards will be held on 5 November at Warsaw School of Economics. The Jury of the competition will award companies and institutions, which in terms of worker policy scope for interesting solutions. Awards will be awarded in 10 categories. Journalists and publicists promoting pro-working ideas will besides be honored.
"Employer Trustworthy" is an initiative, launched in 2009 by a number of NGOs, think tanks and universities. The organizers of the competition are the National economical Chamber, the Polish Promotional Emblem Foundation “Now Poland” and the XBW Foundation of Ignacy Krasicki.
– The aim of the competition is to reward and advance companies that carry out interesting and innovative projects in the field of worker policy. The competition promotes good employer models, including social commitment, promotion of volunteer projects, availability and company inclusion. Today, socially liable companies are besides developing traineeship programmes, educating their employees and taking care of their health,” he says. Expert debate on work and pay
The ceremony will be preceded by an expert debate on ‘Dynamics of wage growth in the Polish economy – modern problem or past of justice’, where experts will discuss the correlation between wage growth and labour productivity, inflation and business competitiveness. Among others, the following were invited to the debate: Stefan Krajewski Minister for Agriculture and agrarian Development, Marcin Wiązek Ombudsman and Rector of Warsaw School of Economics Piotr Wachowiak. The debate will be held Editor-in-Chief of the diary of Legal Newspapers, Tomasz Pietryga.
