"Gaza residents who are not protected by the UN may receive exile position in France due to the "risk of persecution by Israeli armed forces" – ruled French National Asylum Court (CNDA). This can bring a fresh wave of immigration to Europe, which will not, of course, miss Poland. Why?
France wants to accept millions of refugees from Palestine. This decision was taken under the 1951 Geneva Convention "because of the methods utilized by Israeli forces to wage war since the end of the ceasefire concluded on 19 January 2025 in March 2025".
The case began inconspicuously erstwhile 1 of Gaza's residents applied to CNDA for global protection with her boy due to the fact that she did not benefit from UNRWA (United Nations Agency for the Relief of Palestinian Refugees in the mediate East). The Court ruled that after examining the application and taking into account the current situation in the Gaza Strip following the end of the ceasefire in March 2025, the parent and boy could be personally persecuted due to their nationality by the Israeli armed forces which control a large part of the territory.
In reaching this conclusion, the CNDA based itself on available public sources, in peculiar reports by UN bodies. It was found that Israel's methods of conducting war, "which straight and without discrimination affects the full civilian population of Gaza" are "sufficiently serious [to admit them] for acts of persecution.”
The 5 grounds for granting exile position under the Geneva Convention are persecution due to ‘Membership of a group united by cultural, cultural or linguistic identity, common geographical or political origin or links to the population of another country’.
Although France has not yet officially recognised the Palestinian State, it has recognised in this case that they have national characteristics and are so eligible for specified status. This opens the way to mass asylum applications of the same type, of course Israel, conducting cultural cleansing in Gaza, will be most pleased.
Insurrection ‘Palestinian precedent’ caused a political storm and opposition from the average French who are already struggling with the consequences of mass immigration today. Right-wing politician Éric Zemmour called it ‘migration madness’, indicating that “millions of Muslims that no Muslim country wants to accept ... can now be accepted in France".
Indeed, refugees from Gaza want to welcome the French, not neighbouring Muslim countries, specified as Egypt. Although many people in the ghetto are in request of whom the Israeli invader destroyed their homes, we must besides remember that Gaza is filled with muslim extremists and terrorists.
