Oh. Mateo Crawley-Boevey of the assembly of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary was a tireless proclaimer of God's Mercy, which he spread through the enthronement of the Divine Heart of Jesus Christ. His work Jesus the King of Love was a kind of bestseller until the second half of the 20th century. Unfortunately, after the Second Vatican Council, the work of enthronement of the Divine Heart of Jesus Christ expired and practically disappeared. This involves promoting the concept of universal “worldly priesthood”. In Father Boevey's instructions, the priest had to execute the ceremony of the intronization. While O. Boevey himself made hundreds of enthronements, present it is hard to find dioceses in which even 1 specified enthronement in the household would take place.
What is intronization?:
"It is the authoritative and social designation of the highest authority of the Heart of Jesus over a Christian family. This designation should be confirmed, externalized and established by the solemn placement of the image of the Heart of God in the most honorable place in the house. This ceremony is accompanied by an act of dedication.” (O. Mateo Crawley-Boevey, Jesus King of Love, Warsaw 2019, p. 18).
As O. Boevey himself pointed out, it is not to multiply specified intronizations on all believers. The Lord Jesus demands of us unconditional devotion and sacrifice. He demands that we give him our full lives, household and society.
This isn't about any brief feelings or emotions. Love is simply a virtue that, like any virtue, must be forged and sanded frequently for years. present we are offered simple and easy mercy, for which we do not request a priest and a teaching of the Church. As O. Boevey pointed out:
“Let us take care of the presence of a priest, whom any want to remove into the sacristy, like a jailer, to keep the idolate King under lock. They want to prevent both the priest and the King from completing the work of salvation in society." (Ibid., p. 30)
In removing priests from the social and spiritual life of Catholic families, we request to see Satan’s strategy, which tries to hinder the faithful from exercising all the graces that flow from this office of the Most advanced God. But it's not mercy, it's hate. The Devil, who hates the Sacred Heart of Jesus, wants to give us mercy in his place without a crown of thorns. It offers us the crown of this world, which is sent to us with affections, emotions and fantastic experiences. And Christ expects us to be faithful:
When they were going to buy, the groom came. The ones that were ready went to the wedding feast with him, and the door closed. Finally, the another virgins come asking, “Lord, Lord, open to us!” But he answered, “Truly, I tell you, I do not know you.” So keep watch, for you know neither the day nor the hour. Oh. Mateo Crawley Boevey spread God's Mercy from the explicit command of the Holy See, personally obtained the approval of Pope Pius X and later Benedict XV, who blessed his apostolic work. His work was never suspected by the Holy Oficium of any theological errors. He reached with his message Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, the United States, much of Europe, and even Africa. Was it lost today?
