Former NATO commander in Europe: Ukraine is ready for the next phase of hostilities

Former NATO commander in Europe General Philip Breedlove told the Atlantic Council on Tuesday that the Ukrainian military offensive has not ended in defeat as Russia has suffered dense losses and Ukraine is ready for the next phase of hostilities.
