Former FBI manager James Comey provoked outrage in Trump's administration after briefly posting a photograph on Instagram, which according to national officials was a call for force against Donald Trump. It was a photograph of the digits "86 47", arranged from shells on the sand. Comey says he had no thought the meaning of these numbers.
