Former FBI manager James Comey sparked outrage in the Trump administration after he briefly posted a photograph on Instagram that national officials said was a call for force against Donald Trump. It was a photograph of the numbers “86 47” made of seashells in the sand. Comey says he had no thought what the numbers meant.
