First M113 from Benelux countries ready to go to Ukraine

Belgian defence Minister Ludivine Dedonder announced that the first 10 M113 armoured personnel carriers, which are being overhauled and upgraded under the agreement between Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, are ready to hand over to Ukraine, which is expected to happen soon.
