Fires, part of the city without power and killed after a Russian attack

As a consequence of the Russian attack in the Lviv Oblast and the city itself, respective people were killed. Fires broke out in Lviv, and any districts were powerless. 1 individual was besides killed after an attack on the dam circuit.
