Bank bosses in Russia rake in billions. Even the regions do not have that much

The salaries and bonuses of the management staff of Russia's 15 largest banks exceeded the yearly budgets of 16 regions (i.e. provinces) of Russia. Half of the gigantic amount was collected by the management of Sberbank.
