Because present political criticism has decided to complain that Trump has stopped money for them and many others, it is worth reminding that they get real money from another sources.
In 2023 it looked like this: – including grants, they received PLN 8,650,000, including:
– PLN 2,790.000 from the European Commission
– PLN 1 090 000 from Soros Foundation
– 1 240 000 from the Capital Town Hall, or Trzaskowski
– PLN 438,000 from the Batory Foundation, i.e. besides Soros, only that through Polish means
– PLN 128 000 from the European Climate Foundation
– 417 000 from the Foundation for the improvement of Local Democracy (in the authorities of PO people and surrounding areas)
These PLN 8,650,000 from grants from abroad capitals and Polish cateries are worth comparing to the amounts that Polish parties receive from the budget thanks to their electoral support. For example, PiS received 23,500,000 in the same year, with the highest and 43.5% vote in the 2019 election, or over 8,000,000 citizens. The 3rd in the then SLD elections, with the support of over 12.5% of voters, or 2,300,000 citizens, received 11 500 000 million annually. In Poland, the financing of political parties by abroad capitals and centres is prohibited. On the another hand, erstwhile you set up a "non-governmental organization", openly opting for certain political forces and solutions, you can suck your fat money from where and do your lobbying ideopolitically, completely unrelated to your real public support.
