Fedrow reveals 11 army problems. “We lose people alternatively of drones”

Mikhail Fedov, erstwhile Minister of Defence of Ukraine, presented 1 of the most detailed critical assessments of the functioning of the Ukrainian defence strategy since the beginning of the full-scale war. According to him, the problem is not only the number of soldiers, weapons or equipment, but above all the way in which the army is managed, the organisation of command structures and the culture of decision making. Fedov claims that after entering the Ministry of Defence, he identified 11 key problems that limit the effectiveness of Ukrainian armed forces.
