A fast way for uncommon earth metals from China to the EU?

China will accelerate the authorisation procedure for exports of uncommon earth metals to the European Union by proposing a fast path. China and France have decided to resolve trade disputes (e-cars, alcohols) through dialogue. After the conversation, Trump–Xi China will resume exporting these metals to the US.
