In the series “DOWN VOTES” we present our electoral recommendations for you. By summing up the current household policies and comparing the programmes of candidate political parties, we draw an electoral landscape, as you can see, very diverse. In today's episode – material support for families.
In the departments: demography, integrity and household welfare, protection of life, support of material for families, counter-revolution (i.e. prevention of social experiments on the family), household autonomy we analyse successively what has already happened and what can happen. What solutions have the electoral staff prepared for Polish families? Today, material things – due to the fact that families gotta have something to live for and where to live.
The benefits are so much that not all are listed on the main page e.g. the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy (list). any programs are besides supported by another departments specified as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of improvement and Technology or Education and Science. We will not be here to measure the scope or effectiveness of these programmes, because, certainly, even among the beneficiaries, there would be dissatisfied people, but we want to note their existence. The summary does not cover more universal steps (such as minimum pension or minimum wage), although they have surely besides improved the destiny of families. However, challenges are inactive not missing and any issues can be addressed even better.
When a second kid is named “Credit” or “Problem” ...
Material support for families is the flagship of the current government. Throughout the socio-political scene, it is called "social" or "distribution", but by its creators, "dignity policy". The offer is indeed considerable. Although discussions are ongoing on who should be awarded the 500+ flagship, and present 800+, or whether it is better to replace this programme with taxation reliefs, which are more rewarding for paid work, there is small political power that proposes their liquidation. any people here accuse the ruling spheres of ruining the state budget and upsetting inflation, but even if entrepreneurs see the programme translated into economical recovery at not only local level. erstwhile asked where the government gets these millions, the government answers that, among another things, the sealing of the patched gap after the VAT fraud and good management.
The fact remains a immense breakthrough and in thinking, and in the form of a state budget, which, thanks to 500+, has allocated space for large social transfers. Families are surely surviving better, more decently, little poverty, more educational opportunities offered to children, although demographics have not improved. However, we hope that social transfers, improving social security, will translate into childbirth in the long term, so that the second kid does not have the name “Creed” or “Problem”.

I did. The seniors were digging through dumpsters, the children were not eating.
I am 1 of those who remember about a decade ago the views of the aged in the dumpsters that I passed on my way to work, or the charities of the families of Mazovia, which did not have for bread. Even without statistics, I think we all see that many people live better. But for the sake of order, let us remind you of the numbers. They show emphatically that not only poorness has been importantly reduced, but that the thought of helping families was right, due to the fact that more children were exposed to greater poverty.
"As of 2016, the utmost poorness rate remains at a akin level of 4-5%", concludes the CSO. Known program ‘Pack’ PAH, who over the years has been backing meals for hungry children, is present advertised with psycho-social support and intellectual wellness (although it inactive finances food, besides on vacation).
The improvement is besides noted by the study on poorness published by the Noble Package. W "Poor Report" 2018 "1.2 million children (under eighteen years of age) are at hazard of poorness or social exclusion in Poland. 2.9% of Polish households with children do not celebrate household celebrations for financial reasons, e.g. birthdays. all tenth parent cannot afford to pay for school trips, and all forty for any toys, fresh clothes or books." According to the study for 2022 "In 2021, 1.6 million people lived below the utmost poorness line in Poland, including 333 000 children and 246 000 seniors" (i.e. the full number of people in poorness is as many as children themselves). But there's inactive individual to help.

NEEDS AND AFFAIRS:
- PROPHILATION OF SUPPORT so as to better reward professional and social activity in families (e.g. in any part of the benefits) in those active.
- LOOKING FOR MORE EFFECTIVE DEMOGRAPHICALLY material support programmes for families and linking them to fertility bonuses so that having children is even more “payable”.
- INTERNATIONAL household – as a priority.
- LOOKING FOR fresh AND CREATIVE support programmes, reaching for proven abroad patterns (tax exemptions system, car surcharge, etc. – patterns from Hungary, Czech Republic, Israel).
- ASSISTANCE WITH ASSISTANCE TO GROUPS SPECIALLY FAILED.
"Women in Poland are more susceptible to poorness than men. Young women are having problem getting a occupation due to the fact that it is assumed in advance that they will shortly have children and will start taking leave of absence. That's besides a reason not to advance them. It is women who take over the function of guardians of people with disabilities much more often, giving up work. These are the reasons why women have lower income and consequently low pension benefits. Unemployed women raising children or caring for another household members are exposed to economical violence, becoming dependent on earnable household members. Single mothers are struggling with many problems, not only with how to combine motherhood and work, but frequently with the fight for unpaid kid support due to them," says the “Report on Poverty” of the Noble Package of 2022 (p. 60).
- LEPSZA COMMUNICATION STRATEGY, showing especially young, childless people that families pay for everything. Getting information about already existing forms of assistance to those in need.
- ‘SOCIAL’ AND IMIGRANTS. Since Poland is becoming an increasingly attractive country in economical terms, it is essential to prevent situations in Western countries, where advanced "social" attracts immigrants who do not undergo inculturation, have low professional qualifications or do not work and become a origin of social pathologies.
