Expert Julia Tomasso of the French think tank IRIS estimates that the choice of the minute of the attack on Iran resulted from the strategical calculation by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of the weakening of Iran in the region, a point that achieved Iran's atomic program as well as Israeli interior policy.
