Exclusion of a company from an EU procurement contract

In order to exclude a company from EU public procurement procedures and EU grants, the authorising officer must measure the conduct of the entity accused of failure to fulfil obligations in a circumstantial and individual manner, the General Court of the European Union has ruled.
