European Committee of the Regions opposes centralization of cohesion policy

Decentralization of cohesion policy in Brussels is being powerfully defended not only by Poland. Representatives of another large EU countries, including Spain, Italy, Germany and France, are besides not happy with the European Commission's proposal placing its management in the hands of national governments.
