European Arrest Warrant for Zbigniew Ziobro. The court has issued its decision

The territory Court in Warsaw rejected the request to issue an ENA against Zbigniew Ziobro, according to the court’s press secretary. Back in February, following the territory court’s decision to place Ziobro in custody, an arrest warrant was issued for the erstwhile minister. At the time, the politician was in Hungary, where he had been granted political asylum.
