The budget deficit exceeded PLN 123 billion. Alarmingly low VAT revenues

State budget revenues are growing, but the almost zero dynamics of VAT revenues is becoming an expanding problem. This is the responsibility of, m.in, the CPN program, the full costs of which are estimated by the Ministry of Finance at PLN 4.7 billion.
