Europe is discussing an approach to Community action in terms of defence, which is simply a natural offshoot of the war in Ukraine. To show different perspectives on this dialogue, Defence24 interviewed Dr. Pierre Haroche, an expert at the French Institute for strategical investigation (IRSEM) based in Paris. Dr Jacek Raubo discussed the subject of cooperation between European countries in the field of defence policy, with peculiar emphasis on the issue of arms industries, the anticipation of communitying part of equipment purchases and challenges for European relations in the field of strengthening safety and defence.
