EU to reduce protection of Ukrainian men under military service

The European Union will not automatically grant temporary protection to recently arrived Ukrainians subject to military duties unless they prove that they have legally left the country or are exempt from these obligations. EU countries agreed on the fresh rules on 15th July. The decision inactive needs to be formally adopted by the Council of the European Union.
