"Energy" is not for children. Legislative ban again in the Sejm

Children have no problems with buying "energy" - warns Marek Wójcik of the Union of Polish Cities and calls for enforcement. Meanwhile, the sale of specified beverages to children and young people is banned from the Sejm again. Again, although specified a bill is already in force, it turned out that it requires notification by the European Commission. "The government adopted earlier cannot form the basis for judicial ruling", says Deputy Minister of wellness Katarzyna Kęcka.
