No more signings for presidential candidates! Lithuanians and Czechs can do this online

All associate States of the European Union which hold direct presidential elections anticipate confirmation of the seriousness of the candidacy by the collected signatures. Poland, given the number of voters, requires a average number of signatures, and besides does not let collection of them by electoral means.
