A fresh sarcophagus, which was placed over the 4th block of Chernobyl atomic power plant, was stripped of power on Wednesday as a consequence of Russian shelling, as reported by the Ukrainian authorities. Sarcophagus isolates a block where a disaster occurred nearly 40 years ago.
