The Elbląg II Polish paper Club Lech Kaczyński and the planet Association of National Army Soldiers, close Elbląg, as all year paid tribute to the heroes, victims of the Russian partition, on the anniversary of the outbreak of the January Uprising, lit candles, offered a bunch of flowers, prayed at the monument of Romuald Traugutt in his name park.
