EC advises Europeans to stockpile for 72 hours. In case of emergency

The European Commission recommends that all European stockpile the essential emergency supplies to last for 72 hours. The provision is included in the EC's fresh strategy to prepare Europe for emergencies, including the hazard of possible armed aggression.
