W On the occasion of the swearing-in of president Karol Nawrocki, Sigismund Bell did not sound. This happened despite the decision of Archbishop Marek Jędraszewski of Kraków to launch the celebrated bell. As the Polish Radio learned, there was no adequate number of bell towers required for safe operation of the collos.
