The Warsaw court will examine the application of the National Prosecutor's Office to arrest erstwhile Minister of Justice, PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobry. Investigators want to charge him with 26 counts in the Justice Fund investigation. The erstwhile Minister reported that he obtained asylum in Hungary in December.
