A life ban on driving unconstitutionally? We'll find out again in April

On 23 April, the Constitutional Court set a deadline for the public transportation of a judgement in a case concerning the provision of a criminal code binding on the court to regulation on a life ban on driving. His statements of unconstitutionality are requested by the territory Court of Chojnice.
