Half a million zlotys will be given to the municipality, in which attendance in the second circular of presidential elections will be highest. The money will be donated by Górnośląsko-Zagłąbie Metropolis to 1 of the 41 municipalities that are part of it. The money is to be spent on a task chosen by the inhabitants of the winning municipality.
